A non-profit 501 (C)(3) organization has a Support Group Directory
The NFA has created the FM Support Group Directory as a service to the fibromyalgia communities’ patients and caregivers to assist them in finding the nearest support group. Each support group is operated independently and the NFA is not responsible for the actions of support groups or their members. This information is not to be used to solicit for personal, financial or professional gain.
